Safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants (Little India a few blocks away), stores etc. and quiet neighbors. Rent is $800. Security deposit is one month only. Utilities and WIFI are split evenly. *COVID 19 safety protocol is practiced.

I’m a professional musician/ composer who teaches music in a middle school in Newark Mon- Fri, as well as, a band program at NJPAC I need a quiet and clean home. Looking for a responsible and quiet person who respects personal space and pays rent and utilities on time.
