Anthony's room

I’ve secured a lease with a home owner for their rental beginning October 1st. 3 bed/2 bath. 2 car garage with half garage for storage, etc. Backyard good for gardening, relaxing, soaking up some sun or just getting fresh air and spreading your arms out. The house itself is of good size, with a nice kitchen and living room. In Roseville near Woodcreek, close to everything, we live right behind a grocery store, small hiking trails, aquatic center, dog park, etc.. You’ll have a shared bathroom and your own room. We will split sewer, electricity, Internet, etc. So beware it may be an extra $100 on top of rent. There is no cable in the house, but I can rig us up some antennas no problem, we can watch any game, show, or fight on most nights.

Recently renovated. Current renters are still occupying the house, hence why the photos are old. Will update when they move out.

We are both full time hardworking individual roommates, looking for another to fill the spare room. M (me) and another male (friend) we are open to almost anyone Who is chill and drama free. Looking for a male or female to hop and begin a new lease with us. We do enjoy socializing, video games, skating, attempting cooking, and each other’s company, while still respecting free time and boundaries. I currently am in school full time, so I will mostly be on my computer the rest of the year.

Looking for someone to fit into this mold to have fun and live in a HOME not just a house, if you have hobbies and/or are creative that is a plus, or if you like to garden like me, another plus.
