Hi!
I need a male in his 20s, clean, responsible and mindful roommate to fill out my 3 br apartment steps from the main plaza in Lincoln Square. I’m friendly and easy going but communal spaces have to be respected, that’s the main thing really. No smoking or loud music. I go to bed around 11 pm usually, grad student and working. Students are preferred, people taking work seriously.
There is one other roommate currently here.
The apartment is in a 6 unit building on Giddings and Oakley.
Reply to this post with info about yourself, what you do, etc. Looking primarily for a May-August sublease, but it’s possible to go beyond that. Excellent deal on this apartment for prime location. Just a few minute walk from the Western brown line stop.
