Northwest 20th Street

I have a house that is about a 10min drive to campus, with a fully fenced in backyard, garage, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The house is in a nice neighborhood, next to an elementary school and a park. I have two dogs, that are completely house trained and extremely friendly. If you garden, there is plenty of space in the backyard to do so and I made two large garden boxes and a compost bin. I have a dog walker come during the day to take care of my dogs during the day. I can let one dog move in, if they are house trained, up to date on vaccinations, and on some type of monthly flea preventative. There would be an additional pet deposit. The bedroom being listed is not attached to the bathroom, but I would be open to giving up main bedroom that does have an attached bathroom. If you have any questions, just let me know.

I am a chemistry graduate student, so I work long hours at lab. Mainly, what I am looking for is someone who will pick up after themselves and not miss payments (since I am the one making the mortgage payments).
