This room is close to the Bishop Art’s District and Dallas Zoo. 10 minutes from downtown. 20 minutes from Irving. The house is already furnished. Only 1 person in the room, please (no couples). No pets allowed. The room is carpeted. ALL BILLS INCLUDED.
The tenant must verify an income of at least 2.5 times the rent.
Space in the outdoor shed is available for storage as well!
Month-to-Month agreement OK, but longer tenant preferred. I still own the home, but I no longer occupy it- I am renting all the rooms out individually and take a lot of care in selecting the right tenants.
