Adams Street

Hi All!

My roommate is relocating soon and I am looking for someone to take over his room in Hoboken. The move in date would be October 1st. The rent is $1250/month along with a $1250 security deposit.

The apartment is on Adams street between 4th St and 5th St, and is located right next to Fiore’s Deli (best mozzarella in Jersey!). It’s a great location that’s quiet and easy to get everywhere from. The PATH station is a 12 minute walk away, there’s a liquor store across the street, an acme supermarket 3 minutes away (walking), pharmacy 1 minute away(walking) and plenty of restaurants nearby. There’s also a parking lot next door where you can park if you have a car, but it’s an additional $150/month.

The apartment is on the second floor of a four floor building. It’s a really nice apartment with hardwood floors, gas appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a cute living area. We keep it clean and would want my replacement to be a tidy and clean individual as well. The living area and kitchen are fully furnished, but you could add to the collection if you have items that you’d be moving with.

The bedroom is BIG and comes with a good-sized closet. It can easily fit a king bed + dresser + desk + nightstand etc. The best part is you’d have your own full bathroom.

About me, I’m 33F and I work in market research. Hoping to find a roommate who is friendly, respectful, and clean. You’ll rarely see the other tenants from the different units, but they’re all friendly and amicable.
