About the room
3 bedroom and two bathroom home. We have a washer and gas dryer. Safe neighborhood. Cross streets are White Oak and Saticoy Street in Reseda. The area has lots of great food locations and grocery stores. Lots of street parking, we’ve never had trouble with parking. The rest of the house is already furnished. We have a nice bonfire pit in the backyard. A huge garage for storage and working out. A background check Is required for the approval process through our leasing company.
If we find someone we really like we are willing to negotiate the price of the room. We are just looking for a nice person to join our home.
About the roomies
We have 3 female roommates ages ranging from 21-25. Two current CSUN students and one alum. The two students share and room and the alumni has her own room. One of the CSUN students will be studying abroad this upcoming year so essentially there will be 3 roommates in total.
