This is a PRIVATE ROOM (not sure why Roomies has it listed as a “shared room”) in a four bedroom house located in Ewa Beach that’s within a 5 minute walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings, Ross, Safeway and many more! I have one bedroom available to a like minded person who enjoy the outdoors and an active lifestyle. The shared areas of the house is fully furnished with laundry on site. Bedrooms are unfurnished but can be furnished upon request for an additional cost.

Rent includes utilities, no haggle on cost.

The development contracts its own security and there are security cameras with the house. The development also maintains a community swimming pool (currently closed). Two major surfing spots are within 5-10 minutes of the property.

Please be dog friendly as there are two dogs in this home. They’re my babies and they have ownership interest 🐶🐶

I am a 29 year old male that likes to surf, scuba, snorkel, hike, indulge in random adventures and exercise. I am looking to find a housemate that is reliable with steady income, takes on responsibility and engages in similar activities to me.
