Beautiful little garden condo about 8 min walk from downtown Montclair! Outdoor balcony/ porch, large room, and you’re own bathroom!! Would just need to pay for half of the WiFi and electric :). Parking space in garage included. Sunny, safe, and quaint.

Roommates would be myself and my cat! We are pretty low maintenance, my cat’s food, litter box, etc are in my room. I am a musician, professional, progressive thinker, into art and nature. Love going out for a chill night with friends, hanging in watching movies, crafting / painting/ drawing. I’m pretty quiet and keep the common space clean and clutter- free.
