The house is located in beautiful Whites Creek TN. Nashville’s best kept secret of huge plots of land but only 12 minutes from downtown. The house sites on 2 acres and has at least 100 acres backing up to it. The room is huge with a King size bed, private bath, living/sitting room, couch, TV, a dresser and a 7 foot walk in closet . The only thing that you will have to share is the kitchen. Plenty of parking and all utilities included. They are 2 other rooms: They are a package deal. One is an office and the room across the hall is the bedroom with a Queen bed. This also has a private bath and a closet that is 6 x 7. Perfect for a person who is a remote employee.

In the master room is a guy with a great sense of humor. He is a good friend of mine and can be great company if you want or he will stay out of your way. I have always found him to be very funny. He also takes care of the outside cat who has “adopted” the house as hers. She has lived there about 14 years.
