Complex and location: Amazing location in the Marina district, just 2 blocks from Horton Plaza and the Gaslamp Close to SeaPort Village and the convention center Beautiful park next door! One of the best complexes downtown. Beautiful, and always clean exterior and common ways. Me: I’m 36. I work for an IT consultanting company, and love it. I go to a lot of concerts and music festivals. I’ve been to Coachella every year for over ten years. I’m especially into electronic music, and have been hitting up the TJ house scene a lot lately. I’m usually gone 1 weekend a month, Vegas or somewhere else. Just went to Guatemala and going to Mexico in two weeks.

I love being downtown, being able to just walk over to 5th and get good food or catchup with a friend at a bar or cafe.

I’ve been getting into Buddhism and love to meditate.

I work hard, so I really like for the house to be a chill, clean, drama-free area. I will invite a couple people over once in a while, but usually on weekend and not often. I’ve never ever had a bad roommate situation, and I think that comes from talking with the person before hand and just making sure it’s a great match.

Love animals. I have a couple fish tanks.
