Kearney Way

The room is the Master Bedroom in the house. It has a huge walkin closet and a large section for a home office. The bathroom has a large stand in shower and a full bath tub. The room is furnished if desired. The house has 2 large living rooms and a big back yard with a deck.

The house location is in a great and developing area. It is walking distance from a Riverdale Park which includes a huge open area and disc golf course. There is nearby access to bike/running trails that have access to routes all the way to Stanley Lake in Westminster.

There is a short drive to a grocery store (King Soopers), Denver Premium Outlets, as well as The Orchard Outdoor Mall. The recently built Top Golf is also about 15 mins away. There is nearby access to I-25, and if you work downtown about a 25 to 35 minute commute downtown.

The house currently has 2 residents, myself and a friend of over 10 years. We became friends working at Best Buy. We both enjoy outdoor activities like disc golf and biking, video games, table top games, and movies.

I am originally from Colorado but have lived many other places before coming back in 2007. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to finding a good roomie.
