About the room
House comes fully furnished and you have access to all common living areas. The duplex has three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. It is two stories with private access to the basement, driveway and garage. Large spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. All three bedrooms are located on the second story. The vacant bedroom is large with a decent-sized closet, ready for you to move in! The house is also just a quick five minute drive to Broadripple.
About the roomies
Two 27 year old males looking for someone to move into the third bedroom of duplex.
About us: We both work your typical Monday - Friday, morning to night, but with everything going on, one of us has been working remotely from home. We are both pretty outgoing but understand the importance of space and privacy. Big sports fans and will drink on occasion.
About you: Looking for someone dependable and with a reliable income, in the 20 to 30s age range. Will need to pass a background check given by the landlord.
