It will be just me and a room mate, you will have a LARGE bedroom with a full wall of closets, your full bathroom right across the private hallway to the two bedrooms. It is a full apartment share,most utilities are included in the rent, fully set up kitchen, Washer and dryer in kitchen, you will need your own bedroom furniture and if you have living room furniture that would be nice as it is currently empty except for my desk and a dining room table and chairs.
