i have a 3 bedroom townhouse im looking to share. You’d have 2 bedrooms to do with as you please as well as your own bathroom and linen closet. House is fully furnished (minus your bedrooms). There is a big unfinished basement with plenty of storage space and plenty of new exercise equipment to use. Washer & dryer, dishwasher, and central air. Its a corner unit so decent size yard as well. Wood burning fireplace also. I have 2 cats that dont go into the spare room, they kind of just keep to themselves. Unfortunately the lease does not allow for any more additional pets. $1200 a month and split the utilities (i pay lawn maintenance and the cleaning lady). if ur interested, let me know. additional pictures available upon request.

I work in NY mon - fri and usually go out on the weekends. Im very laid back, your business is your business. Common courtesy is all i ask. pay on time, keep the common areas clean, nothing you yourself wouldnt expect.
