Room is oversized at 15ft x 10ft. Will have new carpet, fresh paint prior to move in.
2 full baths upstairs to share. Parking available near home. Gated community with pool access and walking paths throughout. In Sparks Galleria near lots of food and shopping. Large updated kitchen.
The rooms are upstairs and far away from my spaces so tons of privacy.
The home is being currently updated with new paint and carpet so pictures are for reference of size and layout, rooms are unfurnished. Looking for clean, kind people to live with.

We’re a couple in our mid-20’s and both working professionals. Easy-going, clean, social, and respectful of space. We’re both into gaming and are your quintessential hipsters (hiking, biking, and coffee shops.) We do have two cats and two small dogs who are all super friendly.
