Hi! I recently purchased a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Wicker Park neighborhood and am looking for roommate. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Access to a private balcony. Parking is included in the rent and is easily accessed behind the unit. The unit is on the second floor. Right off North Avenue. Walking distance to the Division and Damen Blue line stops so a short commute to downtown. 1 block from i90. 7 minute walk to the grocery store and right near Milwaukee Avenue! A little about myself…I am 25 years old (Male) and work at a bank downtown. I typically am out of the apartment by 7am and home by 7pm during the work week. I am a pretty laid back roommate, sociable, and easy to get along with. Graduated from Indiana University and originally from Indianapolis.
