Appleby Drive

We will be sharing a 1,244 sqft apartment, but your room and bathroom with be private. Very close to UGA campus as well as restaurants, a bus stop, parks, downtown Athens, and the freeway! Utilities will be split between all three of us (which would most likely be around $60 a month for you). Kitchen appliances and washer/dryer are included. Apartment is practically unfurnished although a couch is downstairs and a mattress is provided for you (but can be storaged if you dont need it). Pets are ok, but you have to pay a pet fee to the labdlord ($350)

My girlfriend and I will be your roomates! We are very chill, down to Earth people. My girlfriend is a student at UGA who loves nature and running. I will be working full time and am into music and video games. We are very respectful people and get along with everybody!
