My brother and I are looking to rent out 1bd/1ba in a 3bd/2.5ba, 2 story house, in Oceanside CA. We are both quiet and do not pry. We are looking for 1 person who is clean and responsible. The room for rent is the master bedroom, unfurnished, has a private bathroom, and is available now. The cost of the room is $850 a month. The cost of the monthly utilities will be shared, approximately $150 per person. We would like to do a 6-month lease, and the deposit is 1 months’ rent. The house has a laundry room, WIFI, you will have your own parking space, and there is a basketball court across the street. We also have a little gym area set up in the garage with weights and a treadmill. Must be ok with dogs, but no pets allowed. Our house is located close to Mira Costa, CSUSM, and Palomar.
