This home is 3000/Sq feet with 4 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths in the Forest Creek Round Rock area. Fully furnished with separate office space and a garage for your car.

You will find very comfortable modern furnishings, lots of plants, huge kitchen, full washer/dryer, and a perfect sized backyard. We have two rooms (one furnished, one not furnished) for you to choose from with your own private bathroom. Both rooms are not large but you can fit a queen size bed , night stand, and full dresser without issue. Neighborhood is very safe and you will see a lot of people walking and jogging on the trails through this golf course community.

2 minutes for 2 HEB’s lots of restaurants and access to 130 as well as 45. Can get to airport or Domain in 25 minutes. Downtown in 30-35.

Two IT professionals that have been living together for 5 years. Either of us could of been out of town for work at any one point in time. We both like to keep a clean and tidy place so we are looking for someone with similar habits. We are both in our 40’s and and are looking for a mature roommate to share this wonderful space with us.
