University Avenue

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, my roommate and I are not able to live in this apartment anymore. We are looking for people who are interested in renting this apartment so we can break the lease. This apartment was just redone by the leasing company this past year and no one has lived in it since. They added new appliances, as well as another bathroom. In total, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The rent is $2200/month and includes everything but electricity. It is located on old University Ave right off a bus line, and a short walk to campus. We can definitely help you look for roommates if need (like if you are by yourself)! Thank you!:)

My roommates and I are all students at UW-Madison and are all majoring in Biology and/or Chemistry. We don’t necessarily have a preference on who lives here, however, college-aged is preferred.
