I am looking for a female student or young professional that works or go to school outside the house, that is relatively quiet and considered of other people’s needs in the home Property is located within walking distance to metro rail with good bus connections to colleges and universities: SMC, WLAC, UCLA, USC. My home is about one mile from Culver City, 3 miles from Century City and Beverly Hills, 5 miles from Santa Monica and you can be at LAX in 15 minutes drive.I have allergies and I cannot have any pets in my house, no smoking either.
