Manayunk is a great town with lots to do and the house is walkable to everything it has to offer. The street almost always has parking available since many of the other homes on the block have driveways. It’s a 2 bedroom house, the bedroom can come furnished or unfurnished. It’s a good size. There’s 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Spacious living room (with a super comfy couch) and dining room. Large kitchen that goes out to a fenced in yard with a patio area and fire pit/lounge area in the back. There’s also a big basement for any storage. I said $800 for a security deposit, but that could be worked out if it’s an issue.

Hi! I’m Leeann and I’m looking for someone to rent out the second bedroom until the end of my lease in July ‘21. I like to keep things clean and I love to cook. I enjoy having people out back for a fire when it’s nice out or to celebrate the summer holidays (covid ruined those parties a bit this year! lol). I work full time, which is from home until Oct. then my schedule is flexible, but I’m out usually by 9 and home by 7. I’m easy going, social, enjoy meeting new people, like to travel, and lots more that we can talk about if it’s a good fit! I do also have 2 small dogs, both are well trained and SUPER sweet. Titan is a terrier mix and under 20lbs. Toby is a bichon mix and about 10lbs. They love all kids and people as well as other dogs.
