I have a two rooms available in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment located on the first floor of a three story walk up on a tree-lined street just two blocks south of Wrigley Field. The rooms will be available July 1st, but possibly mid-June. Rent is $860 each not including utilities & house cleaner. Please read the post in full before replying.

• Runs a little cooler than the rest of the apartment - great for summer
• Only room downstairs, lots of privacy

About Me

• 25 year old female working professional
• Outgoing/social and loves to meet new people
• Fan of Netflix & chill
• Love to travel & cook
• Try to be outdoors as much as possible on the weekends
• New to the city (moved here early March) - originally from California
• I am a pretty clean/tidy person

What I’m Looking for

• Female or male working professionals in their mid 20’s / early 30’s. I have a stronger preference for females but I don’t discriminate!
• My future roommates must be okay with house cleaners either bi-weekly or monthly. This means I would like my roommates to enjoy a decently tidy household lol
• Outgoing individuals who are okay with hosting small gatherings at the apartment (no ragers, more like dinner parties & bachelor viewing nights).
• Dogs are okay, but on a case by case basis - please no cats, I’m allergic :(
• No couples
• In general just looking for someone(s) who I can pleasantly live with, but if we become friends that would be great :)
