Hi all! My roommate and I have a loft bedroom in our apartment for rent! The building is brand new, close to all major highways, less than 10 min to train station, as well as downtown Bloomfield, Montclair, Nutley and 20 min to Jersey City/Hoboken! The apartment comes furnished except for your room. Washer & dryer in unit along with a balcony! You would share a bathroom with one other female, other roommate has personal bathroom en-suite. The loft itself is very spacious! You will not find anything better in the area for this price!

We are a 30 year old flight attendant and a 21 year old full time student. We are both easy going individuals who keep to ourselves but also like doing things together once in a while. We occasionally have a friend or two over but we don’t bring the party home. We are both very clean people and would expect our future roommate to be tidy as well. Basically we are looking for a roommate that we both vibe well with :)
