We have a nice 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home in a great, quiet neighborhood. The house is furnished except for the open bedroom. We have a small lawn and we are near to Evergreen Cemetery for nice walks.
Electric/water/Internet runs about $60 per person per month. Oil averages about $50 per person per month.
About the roomies
We are two young professional women and one pre-med student man. We like to cook, watch comedies, and have a calm household.
Two of us moved in a year ago and the third is a newcomer. We have two very friendly cats. Our lease is quite strict about being non-smoking of any sort.
