Location is perfect. 4 min walk to blue line, 2 gyms across the street, 3 grocery stores within 6 min walk, tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and restaurants with in a few blocks. This is a 3 bed, 1 bath apt on the 3rd floor. coin opp laundry in the basement, and has a back porch,and community patio on the roof. We have been here for 3 years and going on the 4th year lease. We are quasi-yuppies, mostly clean, who both travel a lot for work, not home much. The place is not the newest but very functional. All we ask is pay on time, clean up after your self.
