East Kingsley Avenue

I will be keeping this apartment since my family will be moving out. Water is paid for by owner and i have a washing and drying machine(separate from apartment washing/drying machines). It’s a pretty spacious apartment with already a big tv, couch set, stove, fridge, etc. Not a luxury apartment but it’s better than the streets lol. Pictures without furniture are from next door apartment(the exact same as mine just reflected version, it’s for a size perspective of the apartment). There is one designated parking spot which I can share.

I will be the only one living in the apartment so i plan on renting the second room to one person. It will be a calm, silent, and safe environment.
