About the room
I am selling my contract! I have already paid all of the one time fees for you! You are free to move in on the 15th, provided you are approved by then. It is at Red Mountain Student Housing. So you can check out the link for pictures, but you will need to contact me for details because they are out of other spaces and you’d need to take over my contract. It is a shared bedroom and I don’t know your new Roomie, but I’m sure she’s super cool! This is one of the cheapest places in town and it’s one of the only available spots! It is also right across the street from campus, such an ideal location. Spots go quick! You will have access to a pool and other exciting perks! It is $339 per month plus utilities, which vary.
About the roomies
I haven’t met any of the other girls here, yet, but I’m sure they are fabulous! It’s student housing for Dixie State University, so they are all probably attending school.
