Sutter Street

This place is fantastic! I am only leaving to relocate to a new state for a job :) There is a walk-up sidewalk filled with green trees and beautiful lawn that leads back to the “casita type,” two-story apartment. It is a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking (day or night) and super easy access to Vons, Starbucks, and restaurants/ bars just down the street.

Bike storage available, laundry is next door and easily accessible. The bedroom is a decent size and overlooks the beautiful courtyard. Ceiling fans in every room, older townhouse feel but very well-kept!

Roommate is a responsible, working professional female in her early thirties. She is not home that often and our schedules hardly overlapped ;) Always pays bills on time!!
