The room would be a lease take over for me which extends until end of February 2021 and would be for the master bedroom with a huge fabulous southern facing window, large walk in closet and attached private bathroom in beautiful new secure building. Rent portion is $1170 for the rent plus you would pay the utilities which amount to about $260/month, includes WiFi and just the small Comcast bundle of TV Channels. If you want a parking space, they run an extra $129 per month for a secure, assigned garage parking space. Street parking is free but is first come, first serve. And if you take public transportation, the building is looking right down on the park and ride - Super easy for public transportation commuters! Building is quiet and clean. I’ve lived here since it opened and it’s really comfortable and convenient.

Room has amazing ceiling fan that has a dimmer light and 3 speeds for the fan. Keeps it comfortable in the room in the summer! Bedroom currently has a king sized bed with 2 end tables in it - so if you had a smaller bed it would = even more space. Beautiful large window looking south, so tons of light! You can look out across the street and see people kayak the river, or walk along the trail. Great view!

Bathroom has a built in extra storage tower for toiletries and linens.

Living room furniture and about 90% of kitchen items are mine, so I will be taking it with me. In other words, a blank slate for you to fill with your furniture. My roommate is an international student and has very little with her here, so the room is yours to create! Wall of Windows to Floor that brings in a lot of light with a slider for a Juliette style “balcony”.

Second extra large walk in closet by entry that has the washer and dryer. Plenty of room for coats, shoes and extra storage if preferred.

Building has beautiful roof top deck and lounge with pool table, full kitchen and video games. Lots of TVs too, for when sports return! Gym and yoga room as well.

Walking distance to lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Just a quick walk over the bridge to the Burke Gilman trail for some scenic walking, biking or kayaking.

I’m the departing roommate, so I’ll tell you about my roommate you’d be sharing with. She’s a very nice and respectful international student currently attending the UW Bothell pursing her master’s in computer science. Mid 20’s, very easy going, happy and kind. She has worked as a chef at a Michelin star restaurant in New York, so sometimes she makes yummy smelling dishes!
