Unit includes all the essentials including full washer/dryer. Bedroom has a double closet with access to the balcony. There is plenty of street parking available. Utilities, Cable, and Wifi shared cost. This place is close to all the action and night life PB has to offer, but far away enough to be able to relax. $500 refundable security deposit plus first month’s rent due upfront.
