Riley's room

Have your own bathroom along with your room in a newly built luxury apartment complex. Lots of amenities like a walk in closet, air conditioning, gym, roof decks, grill, pet station, community rooms and much more. Utilities are included in rent to include water/sewer/garbage, electricity, and internet. Please be somewhat tidy in communal spaces, observe quiet hours during the week, and must be able to pay rent on time. The room is only available until 7/31/2020.

Fairly quiet during the week professional looking for a great roommate to share a nice place with. My weekends vary from staying in to watch movies or have friends over for dinner and movies, or I go out.
