Housing available for a Christian Male in a townhouse with a Private Bathroom in South Riding (Chantilly), VA.
My roommate and I are looking for a replacement for our current roommate who will be moving out at the end of August. The townhouse is located in the quiet suburbs of South Riding and is conveniently located within a few minutes from Shopping (Giant, Harris Teeter, Walmart < 10 min driving), Major roads/highways (Route 50, Route 28, Dulles Toll road four to twelve min driving) and fitness centers.
Your room (2 rooms that previous roommate was using as a bedroom and an office) is located upstairs on the 2nd floor. You will have your own private bathroom. Living room and kitchen will be shared.
The rent will be $650/month with a 12 month lease starting on September 1st until August 2021
