There are several fun bars and restaurants that do a great job with outdoor dining! There are many fun outdoor workout studios doing pay per class (no membership required) happening throughout this area too. 15 min to NYC - both the ferry and bus are only one block away. The bus will also take you to the Path.

Plenty of parking on the street and many garages a couple blocks away too. Electric is about $30-70 a month per person and cable is about $65 a month per person.
