Overlooking Prospect Park in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, three bedrooms, one bath, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, AC, and TONS of closet space. Kitchen has large gas stove with breakfast bar over looking into the living space that fits two large couches, coffee and end tables and a large TV plus plenty of additional space - we often do yoga or workout and there’s plenty of room for that!

The building has several amenities available including doorman, gym, yoga room, lounges, parking, garden plots and multiple outdoors spaces, including a rooftop terrace with sweeping Prospect Park and Manhattan skyline views. Just a 5 min walk to the Park and B & Q subway stations.

The room has a lot of natural sunlight (my plants love it) and has a large, double sliding door closet. I am able to fit my full size bed, night stand, dresser and desk comfortably with some extra room. Room includes AC unit so you can control your own room temp.

You’d be living with two young professional (female, 27) roommates, both kind, considerate, and respectful. Seriously the best roommates I’ve had and I’m only leaving since I’ve moving in with my boyfriend. They live active lifestyles, are great cooks, love animals and occasionally foster dogs.
