My lease ends January of next year. I am hardly ever home, so I am deciding to rent out the main bedroom to save money. We will share the bathroom, but you get the bedroom. I don’t mind setting up my stuff in the living room bc I am only home a few times a week. You must be ok with this arrangement. I am a female and prefer a female roommate only. Pets are fine with me. For a race full living space I ask that religious views stay in your room alone. No smoking/no drinking please. Preferably a professional busy with their goals, and life. You can be a home body who keeps to themselves too though. No guys over other than family. Other than that if you can deal with those things I am pretty laid back. We are adults, so I won’t think about much else. I like things clean, but am not annoying about it.
