The rent is $720 a month. Flexible move-in date. It comes with your own room, private bathroom, private porch, and parking space. Room is furnished or un-furnished, depending on what you want. It’s in the Pocket/Greenhaven area, so it’s about 5-10 minutes from downtown, and 15-20 minutes from Sac State. The lease is month-to-month, but we can discuss less formal options. You are REQUIRED to be OUT by February 28th, 2021. I am a lesbian, and I would prefer to live with other women or enby people, and I will give preference to other LGBT folx as that’s who I’m most comfortable living with. I have the max amount of pets allowed at the apartment complex, so I can’t take you if you have a dog or a cat (we can discuss reptiles/small animals). I am looking for 420 friendly.
