I have a bedroom open in my Sparks house! It’s a two bedroom house in Sparks near Victorian Sqaure that is really close to the highway, making for a very quick drive to UNR (usually less than 10 minutes). Backyard with a deck and fire pit, lawn, shed with a workbench, private parking, as well as a giant garden in the front. Looking for someone to sign at the least a 6 month lease, for my security as well as yours. (The room pictured is mine, however the room available is nearly identical) As mentioned above the room is available now, but I will need 3-4 days after you agree to move in so the current occupant can move out.
