I am moving to Los Angeles, CA on May 22nd for a new job and will need someone to take over my lease for a few months (June 1 - end of September or longer if you wish to renew the lease). The rent is $800 per person. Internet + Electric = $45/month per person.

The loft is The Laurel downtown (connected to the Embassy Suites) and it is extremely safe with key fobs and a door attendant. Five Star rating on Google Reviews. The place is 1600 SF and the bedroom & living room have massive windows that face Washington Avenue and the Arch. Washer/Drier in unit, dishwasher, heating/cooling, internet, etc. There is a fitness center, pool, BBQ grills, billiard room, and atrium. Walking distance from Busch Stadium, etc. They have lots of private events here too so it is a fun community of professionals.

I have one roommate who lives in the second bedroom (my friend Seth) and he is really chill. He works 7am-4pm and can have a beer with you or respect your privacy (whatever you prefer). I will probably take my furniture with me in the bedroom, but let me know if you would rather it stay and we can make arrangements.
