Liz's room

Spare bedroom available October 1st. Would need to fill out application through landlord. Bedroom is furnished right now but can move into other room to have a bed for guest. Has large backyard with covered patio also a garage gym!! Looking for somebody that doesn’t party a lot but does like to have a few beers. Would be okay with another dog, if it gets along with my dog and cat. The cat stays outside for the most part but comes inside to eat and nap. Would like help maintaining the yard.

I am a 35 y/o single dog/cat mom. I train and teach taekwondo. I love to be active and workout. I like watching football and MMA. I’m pretty relax with a down to earth attitude. I like keeping the house clean but not OCD. Looking for somebody that can respect my personal space and I’ll respect theirs.
