About the Home: We have one bedroom available in a gorgeous two story 3BD (2.5 bath) townhouse in Fullerton. The house is right by the 57 fwy, across the street from Cal State Fullerton. Walking distance to two shopping centers and not far from the Brea Mall. It is in a very friendly, gated community, with a pool and spa. There is a two car garage and a TON of street parking.

About the room: The room is unfurnished, however we can provide a temporary bed if needed. Walk in closet. Cozy reading nook. Curtains and a lamp provided.

About the current occupants: I (27yo) am a full time executive assistant for Ethika and I run my own coaching and consulting business. My roommate (24 yo) is a Manager at Fast Signs and also runs her own side business. We are both hard working women who are working toward multiple streams of income and leveling up in every aspect of our lives.

We are looking for a like minded, driven, woman to complete our house hold. Someone who can provide references and pass a credit and background check. Must be willing to sign a long term lease.

No couples Pets ok

Full bathroom will be shared with me. However, there is a half bath on the first floor. So, there will always be a bathroom available.

Landlord is a pastor, very friendly and very accommodating.
