Unfurnished bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch on a quite cul-de-sac. Our home is in a subdivision off of Alameda by 225. There are no through roads in our subdivision so there is minimal traffic. We are snowbirds, so the house will only have two residents for most of the year. All utilities included except cable TV. There is an antenna on the house for watching local TV. The available room will use the hall bath which is shared with guests and us while we are in town. The house has a furnished Family room with TV/Sound Bar. The living room is currently unfurnished and waiting for your stuff. There is a nice sun room on the back of the house that leads to the backyard. We have a good size deck and small backyard. There is a dog door in the sun room. The room comes with one stall of the 2-car garage with additional parking in the street. The house has an unfinished half basement that can be used for storage. It is a 20 minutes drive to DIA and 25 minutes to downtown Denver. Public transportation is available near by. It is a 1.5 block 4 minute walk to a bus stop on Alameda and a 1.3 mile 25 minute walk to the light rail station at 2nd & Abilene.

We are a happily married progressive couple in our 50’s and 60’s. We have a 2nd home in Sun City, AZ that we spend most of the year at but will be here during the summer months. We enjoy off road/overlanding and camping in remote places. There is already one renter in the house. She is a quiet thirty something IT professional.
