This is a townhouse-style condominium at one of the nicer and peaceful areas of Tujunga, several blocks above Foothill Boulevard. The inviting unit features kitchen with granite counter tops, wood flooring, side by side secured subterranean garage, beautiful mountain views from upstairs bedroom balconies, lots of natural lights when curtains are open. The location is close to the shopping areas in Tujunga, approximately 15-minute drive to Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank and some parts of the Valley, and about 20-30-minute drive to Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood area in GOOD traffic. This place is up the hills and is about 4 blocks to the nice hiking trails of Haines Canyon. It has 2 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. I will be your only housemate except on weekends when my mother stays with me. She is not old. She is very clean, considerate and conscientious. We are nice, clean, and friendly people of Filipino background. You have to be dog-friendly as I have 3 friendly, well-behaved toy poodles.
