Cynthia's room

Room available for rent in a quiet neighborhood. Your bedroom is 9x9, has a painted concrete floor and is private with a lock/key door. You’ll share the bathroom with the other tenant/roommate. Kitchen, living room and laundry room are all shared by everyone.

I am the homeowner and I live on property in the master bedroom. Both the other roommate, a man in his 40’s, and I are quiet and respectful individuals, looking for the same in a new roommate. Must like or at least tolerate cats and dogs, as I have two cats and two dogs. No other pets are allowed. No smoking allowed in the house, but vaping is ok. I prefer a month to month lease to make sure we’re a good fit.
