About the room
I am in desperate need of somebody taking over my lease at The Lodge. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford my rent. I have not moved into the unit so you would move in to a brand new untouched room. If anyone is interested please PM. They are pet friendly, have lots of great amenities, & very close to TXST! TXST shuttle is accessible as well! The complex is gated as well. Base rent would be $560 a month. Utilities run around $60 between all 4 roommates. I am willing to pay for your utilities for the first 2 months.
