Van's room

Im good to live with because I’m quiet, not nosey, work a lot, travel on the weekends when I can, and do my own thing. I don’t have many hang ups and im not unreasonable. I’m pretty much an open book though and super laid back and easy to get along with, so if there is anything you’d like to know just ask me - just reach out!

The room is private, new furniture (no one has ever slept on the bed,) private bathroom, TV, internet, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and pretty new carpet.

I have a shorkie (shitzu/yorkie mix.) She is housebroken and friendly so no accidents in the house. She will probably just want you to pet her ever once in a while or she’ll try to bully you into throwing her ball..lol. She’s a good dog though.

Im looking to rent the room to someone who is clean, reliable, trustworthy, no drama, not a huge partier, smoking outside is okay, and no drugs. Lemme say that again - no drugs.
