• Bus station is across the street (5 min walk from the apartment door). There is always a bus to the campus every 15-20 min.
• Utility: Water, Gas, Cable, and internet are free. 200 Mb/sec internet which is above Spectrum baseline. Just pay for electricity and sewer.
• Safe and pretty neighborhood.
• No pets, no smoking.
• Central AC and heater.
• Move-in date: August 25th
