Price includes utilities and the place is furnished (towels and bed linen included too). I can also rent to a couple as well, but the price it would be $120/month more. We can’t take pets as we adopted a stray cat. This is a cabin in my private back yard. It has a wall unit A/C, a TV (with an antenna getting close to 60 channels) and a small fridge. There is a kitchen in the outdoor patio and an outside shower and bathroom. House is located in a safe area, on bus #15 line. You will have a key to the house as well as one for the gate and the cabin. Due to the pandemic we prefer that you use the gate for now. Patio kitchen is yours to use as well as the outside shower and toilet. They are shared with the guest in the small camper, if any is there at the time. The shower outside has hot and cold water and privacy. The cabin has a queen size bed, a small dresser, small table and chair. The bunk bed platform can be raised or let down for additional storage space. The kitchen and bathrooms are not inside the cabin nor attached to it, but attached to the house (about 20 ft away). Internet is included and available. The modem is in the house. The signal strength in the cabin depends on your computer’s antenna. One of my lap tops gets signal in the cabin, while the other does not. If you are an online gamer, this might not be the place for you. Gaming uses too much data and requires a speed that I can not promise. The patio is closer to the modem and you can use it to access the net as well. Parking is free and available on the street.

Everyone in this house is quiet and spends time mainly in their own rooms. I like to socialize (3ft. away :) ) but only if you are up to it. If not, I will let you relax in your own space. We are quiet and do not party. We expect the same from you. No excessive drinking or illegal drugs are allowed here. Smoking outside only. No weapons. Please do not bring in people I do not know, unless you check with me first.
