Leonard's room

This is a 4 bedroom house a full bath and half bathroom would be accessible as well as a full kitchen. All utilities would be included as well as high speed internet (they say 1 gig speed). Right in the middle between highway 5 and 99. There is plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers less than 1 mile from home. 10x12ft with a 5x4ft walk in closet it has laminate dark wood like flooring. Street parking only. There is access to washer and dryer.

At this time there are two occupiers myself as the owner of the home as well as another male taking another one of the rooms. We are both in our late 20s. I as the homeowner have worked multiple professions the last 10 years (mortgage loan officer and operations management at USPS.) Currently I am planning on attending school this winter for a program and if the virus eases maybe some travel. The other roommate works, and also plans to start school around the same time. We smoke weed inside the home so you must be weed friendly and if you smoke yourself that is fine as well in your room or wherever just nothing that is illegal please. I am looking for absolutely no drama. I am open to all age ranges but more so someone that has something going on (ie job, school, savings/travel etc). The current roommate and I get along quite well so sometimes we are hanging out in the living room talking about random stuff/eating/beer/video games etc. I also have a chihuahua mix that is extremely friendly and very quiet he will only bark once maybe twice if the doorbell rings, he is potty trained and is absolutely harmless. Disclaimer he does shed a little in the summer and is a serious food beggar. Other animals are fine and allowed as long as they get along so there is minimal risk of injury to my dog . This would be the third out of four bedroom that would be occupied. I may or may not also have the fourth bedroom occupied as well at a later time. Photos will be updated when rooms are painted.
